This application is for off-reserve registered members who are not receiving a meat pack through one of the Urban BBQs.
Members attending the Calgary, Regina, Edmonton, or Saskatoon Urban BBQs must register with their Urban Representative and will receive their meat pack/gift card through the BBQ registration process.
On-reserve households have already received meat packs through Prevention, so this application is for off-reserve households only.
Important Information:
One grocery gift card per household.
Proof of address is required.
Applicant must be a registered Fishing Lake First Nation member.
